Privacy Notice

This notice describes what information may be collected when someone uses Flagler County Busted Mugshots, why it is used, and when another party may receive it. Continued use of the site means acceptance of these practices. A linked government office or search provider applies its own privacy rules.

Information You Submit

A message sent through a contact method may contain a name, email address, and whatever text the sender chooses to provide. Do not include sensitive identifiers or confidential case facts. When a search box is used, the query goes to the independent provider that powers the tool. Flagler County Busted Mugshots does not receive or keep the provider’s full result file, but that company may process the query under its own policy.

Automatic Technical Data

Normal web operation may create logs containing an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and visit times. Cookies or similar storage can remember settings, measure use, support advertising, and help detect misuse. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, though parts of the site or a partner tool may then work differently.

How Data Is Used

Collected data may be used to operate and secure the site, answer messages, understand which pages are useful, diagnose errors, limit abuse, improve content, and measure advertising or partner performance. It may also support compliance with valid legal duties. Personal data is not used to create an official Flagler County booking record, and this private site cannot alter a record held by FCSO, a city police agency, the Clerk, or FDC.

Links Have Separate Policies

Links lead to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, Flagler County Clerk, city police pages, Florida Department of Corrections, federal locators, news outlets, and other outside resources. Those sites control their own cookies, forms, retention, and security. Their inclusion does not make their conduct part of this privacy notice. Sending information is therefore at the sender’s own risk, and sensitive personal details should go only to the correct government custodian through its approved channel.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. It does not knowingly seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal data may use the Get in Touch page to request review.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on applicable law, a person may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data held by this site, or object to certain processing. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. These rights do not reach records controlled by FCSO, the Clerk, a police department, FDC, a search partner, or a publisher. Requests concerning those records must go to that custodian.
