Terms & Conditions

Using Flagler County Busted Mugshots means agreeing to these terms. A person who does not accept them should stop using the site. These conditions apply to the written reference, its links, and any third-party search feature shown with it.

Flagler County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, police department, court, or corrections agency. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides a consumer report or an FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Site

This private reference points readers toward inmate, booking, jail, court, and corrections resources for Flagler County and Florida. It stores no official record and cannot confirm custody, free a person, post bond, or file a request or court document for a user.

Some links connect to outside research tools. Those providers control their own databases, access terms, prices, and results.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is allowed only for lawful use that does not harm a person, the site, or another service.

  • Do not violate any local, state, or federal law.
  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or target another person.
  • Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision.
  • Do not seek unauthorized access to an account, server, database, or network.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated extraction without written consent.
  • Do not disrupt, overload, or impair access for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its partners do not offer an FCRA screening service through this site. Users agree not to apply the information to an FCRA-covered purpose.

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment action
  • Tenant selection, housing approval, or lease decisions
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other purpose governed by the FCRA

Links Are Not Endorsements

Outbound links may lead to sheriff and police pages, jail rosters, booking reports, court systems, state corrections resources, federal locators, legal resources, publishers, or search services. A link does not endorse the destination. This site does not control an outside page’s content, data practices, accuracy, price, or uptime, so users should read the destination’s own terms.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. No promise is made about the following:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or current status
  • Continuous or uninterrupted access
  • Freedom from errors, harmful code, or security defects
  • Coverage or quality of any partner’s search results

Custody status and government records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office or another government body.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, its owners, and its partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive harm arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside resource.

User Indemnification

A user agrees to defend and hold the site, its owners, and its partners harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user’s conduct, misuse of information, or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Material

Original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Flagler County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where law permits.

Changes to These Conditions

These terms may be revised at any time. A new version becomes effective when posted. Continued use after publication means the user accepts the updated conditions.

Access May Be Revoked

Access may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, for any lawful reason and without prior notice. Ending access does not waive provisions that should survive termination.

Florida Law Applies

Florida law governs these conditions, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in force. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it lawful and enforceable.
